How do these recommendations work?

We compare FantasyPros weekly point projections in the selected scoring format and check the ESPN NFL schedule. A projection edge drives the recommendation; we do not invent an injury diagnosis, matchup advantage, or confidence percentage. A small gap is a close call. Connect ESPN to evaluate your league’s scoring and roster.

Can I use these for flex decisions?

Yes. Compare RB, WR and TE options in a compatible flex slot. Quarterbacks cannot be substituted into a normal flex slot, and different league scoring rules can change the result.
