By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1) Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by your jurisdiction) to use the Services.
- You’re responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.
2) Acceptable Use
- Do not break laws, infringe others’ rights, upload harmful content, scrape at scale, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Services.
- Do not attempt to bypass geofencing, compliance controls, or access restrictions.
3) Points, Payments, & Compliance
- “Points” and similar status tokens shown in the Services have no cash value unless expressly stated in-product.
- Location-restricted features may be geofenced and subject to additional terms, eligibility, and identity verification.
- Where applicable, fees, odds, or payout terms are shown before you confirm a transaction.
4) Third-Party Services
We may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., sports data providers). Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
5) Communications & Consent to Electronic Notices
With your consent, we may send you transactional, security, and promotional communications via email or SMS. Opt-out methods are described in our Privacy Policy.
6) Intellectual Property
The Services and all content, software, and branding are owned by us or our licensors. You’re granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Services as intended by these Terms.
7) Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues.
9) Changes to the Services or Terms
We may modify the Services and these Terms. If changes are material, we’ll provide reasonable notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
10) Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania (without regard to conflicts principles). Exclusive venue lies in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
